Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. Pre-orders typically ship in 4-6 weeks. Expedited orders are sent the same day as long the order is placed by 1 pm (GMT) Orders are in transit business days only. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods:

We use Royal Mail tracked 48hrs as our standard delivery in the UK. For both next day and same day delivery options orders have to be placed before 1pm GMT time. 

For next day deliver option, orders made on a Friday will be delivered on the Saturday or Monday depending on DHL. We can’t guarantee a Saturday delivery.

Rest of the world / International Orders: We currently offer DHL for international orders which typically takes up to 1-3 business days. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

All orders will display duties and taxes at checkout prepaid.

Any international orders refused upon delivery and returned to our warehouse, are subject to return fees and restocking fees.

HOW DO I RETURN?

Please enter our portal return page and follow the instructions listed. Please allow 3-5 days for processing. Send Returns once the email is confirmed to:

For UK returns we offer a prepaid label of £5 that will be deducted from your refund.

For our international customers, we offer a returns service by DHL for a flat fee of £30 which is then deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges and any taxes and duties paid at checkout are also non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the unwanted item for a refund and purchase the new item that is required.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY (UK) - 15 DAY RETURN POLICY (INTERNATIONAL)

Full-price items:

We will gladly accept returns on all full-price items within 30 days items within from the time of delivery for UK customers and 15 days for international customers for full price. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags and hygienic liner. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the unwanted item for a refund and purchase the new item that is required. If you have any questions please contact hello@casaraki.com and we'll be happy to help you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Archive Collection Sale Items:

UK sale returns are charged at £5 and we do not offer returns for International buyers (the sale is final). All items must be returned via our returns portal and the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Our return period is 14 days from shipping. The sale period applies only to the dates stated and cannot be extended or retrospectively discounted should you purchase outside of the sale period.

We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption and your credit card information is never stored. Casa Raki Limited strives to ensure the security and safety of its customers and reserves the right to reject any order which raises concern. If there appear to be irregularities regarding an order, we will contact the customer before processing the order to protect their interests and ours.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

CARE FOR YOUR CASA RAKI SWIMWEAR

We recommend hand washing your clothes in cold water with the Laundress Delicate Wash or other gentle detergent. Leave out to dry under the shade. Do not put your items in the washer or dryer. We do not recommend wearing swimwear in very chlorinated water or exposing it to something that might result in a stain. In order to make the special fabric of our swimwear, we do not treat it with any chemicals to make it resistant to stains or discoloring.
