The Ofelia dress is made from 100% organic anti wrinkle cotton, it has thin spaghetti straps that cross over the back and a front V-neckline. The skirts then falls to a breezy mini skirt. Wear it for shoreline strolls or to go around the city on a hot summer/spring day.
